Blue Repair is a small Lansing based computer repair and service company. We founded this company because as technology enthusiasts we were disgusted by the outrageous prices corporate alternatives for computer repair demand. We feel that all people should have access to functional technology and should not be punished because they do not yet possess the knowledge to fix every problem that might come along.

Policies

To ensure the best possible experiance for our clients, we try to define a specific policy concerning all fathomable interactions. These procedures and polocies are listed below

  • If your repair requires new hardware... Sometimes we must order new parts to replace broken ones. In this event, we will 'shop around' for the best deal, and contact you with a price estimate and delivery time for your part. When teh part is recieved, we will honor the one day gaurentee.
  • If we cannot fix your problem... We are very sure that we can fix about 99.9% of all problems you throw at us, but in the unlikely event that we ttempt to fullfill the task and fail, you will incur no charge what so ever for our time.
  • If we destroy everything... Being that we are very knowledgable technicians, the event that we damage any of your property is highly unlikely. In the event that we return your property in a worse condition that we found it, you will be fully compensated for the damaged product.
  • If we violate the one day gaurentee...
